Verification

How We Verify Clinic Listings

This directory lists licensed medical clinics in Korea for foreign patients and for local Koreans. Each listing is a reference page, not an advertisement.

What we check

FactSource
Institution type, doctor count, specialistsHIRA, Korea’s Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service
Address, nearest subway exit, walking timeNaver Map and Kakao Map
Hours, contact channels, languagesThe clinic’s own website and map listings
PricesThe clinic’s own published price list; the Korean non-insured fee notice wins when the two disagree

How facts are labelled

  • Verified facts are stated plainly with their source and check date.
  • The clinic’s own claims (for example “English-speaking staff”) are attributed: “the clinic says…”.
  • Facts we could not confirm are left out or shown as “not published”.

What we never publish

  • ratings, patient reviews, testimonials or before-and-after photos
  • “best” or “No. 1” claims without published criteria
  • promised results

Updates

Prices are re-checked at their end date or every 90 days, whichever comes first; HIRA data, hours and contact details every 180 days. Every page shows its last verification date. Clinics can ask for corrections.

Who runs this directory

The team behind this directory also makes websites and video guides for clinics in Korea, including clinics listed here, and each of those listings says so. Clinics cannot buy a better position: lists are alphabetical, and no listing carries ratings or reviews.
